Playing Badge Bingo is a fun way to help you boost your support network. After you do an activity to earn a badge, post the badge to your Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, or Pinterest account. Everyone is a winner, but if you collect 10 badges, you’ve BADGE BINGOed.

The True Friend Finder: Even if you have tons of friends and dozens of acquaintances, it’s important to identify someone who is supportive, caring, and can be counted on in a crisis. To earn this badge, decide which friend or family member you would turn to when you need emotional support.

Badges -VIPContact

The VIP Contact: You never know where you’ll be when you need to reach your true friend for support. To earn this badge, memorize their contact information (such as their phone number and address) so you’ll have it in an emergency. 

Badges -Friendship

The Friendship Appreciator: Earn this badge by thanking one of your amazing supporters for always being there for you by sending a Lifeline E-Card. 

Badges -Safety

The Safety Planner: Having a plan in place with names and numbers of your supporters can help you make it through difficult moments can help keep you safe when you are feeling suicidal. Create a safety plan on your own or with the help of a counselor to earn this badge. 

 

Badges -Secret Sharer

The Secret Sharer: The better your supporters know you, the more comfortable you will be asking for help and the easier it will be for them to help you. Earn this badge by share something new about yourself with someone in your support network.

Heart -to -heart

The Heart-to-Heart: Relatives may not always be the easiest people to get along with, but they can play an important role in your support network. To earn this badge, have a heart-to-heart with someone in your family that you want to be closer to.

The Help-Seeker: No matter what problems you are struggling with, hurting yourself is never the answer. Make a promise to yourself and your supporters that you’ll reach out for help if you are ever in crisis, then download this badge as a reminder.

The Warning Sign Expert: To earn this badge, read up on the signs that may mean someone is at risk for suicide. If someone you know ever shows these signs, you’ll know when and how to get help.
